I am a Living Miracle
Hey everybody, most of you have never met me, but my name is Jayden John Schram and I am a living testimony. My parents are John and Misty Schram, and this is my story.
It all started when my parents knew they were going to have me. My mom and dad wanted to have a name with meaning so that was how I got the name Jayden, which means “Jehovah has heard”. It was fitting since my dad had prayed for his first born to be a son since he was about 12 yearas old.
Anyway, let’s skip forward to the beginning of my birth and how I was raised from the dead like Jesus.
When it was time for me to make my start in life I was dealt a bad set of cards. “The dead mans hand”, one might say. The cord was wrapped around my neck twice so I was strangled to death. when I arrived I had no heartbeat or anything. About 8 nurses came to my rescue and started CPR. My mom and dad were worried, but they have served God for quite sometime. Even though they were worried, my dad felt the Holy Spirit remind him about Romans 4:17 about how God quickens the dead and call things not as though they were. So he reached his hand in my direction and said I would live and not die, in Jesus name. Then he did the best he could to comfort my mom. It had been almost ten minutes and they were about to give up on me when I was resurrected from the dead, and my heart started to beat again. In the process a rib had been separated and a lunch punctured. then, due to the lack of oxygen my brain went into shock and I had some seizure like symptoms. I had a rough start, but I am a fighter, just like my old man, and I have his determination as well.
I had to be sent to a children’s hospital in Cincinnati and my dad followed me over there. The doctor told my dad that there was a very good chance that I had sustained brain damage and he needed to prepare himself for the worst. Dad told the doctor to do his best and let God take care of the rest. The doctor told Dad he did not think he was properly mentally preparing himself for the worst and dad told him that he respected his opinion but all the rest and the doctor would do would prove that I was perfect until he had conclusive evidence to support different. My mom and dad have a lot of faith in God. Also there were many other family members and friends praying for me as well so thanks to all. I had to be put on a cooling blanket for 72 hours, having a feeding tube inserted, and be put on a ventilator.
My dad stayed the night with me. Thanks dad, and I know mom would have been there if she could have. By the next morning I had enough of the ventilator so I pulled it out. They put me on supplemental oxygen for a couple more days, but no more ventilator. They started the heart, kidney, and liver tests but all the tests were complete and they said I was perfect, just like my dad told them. When I first arrived at the hospital they said I would be there for 2-3 weeks, but I was out in 9 days, just like daddy said. The last thing I had to do was overcome full feedings so I would not need the feeding tube any longer and I did that in 2 days. Everybody was so proud. They wanted me to stay a couple extra days in the hospital but there was no reason, and if you know my dad, he can be direct, professional, but direct, and he made sure that I was out on Good Friday and able to see all our friends and family for Easter.
I got to spend the rest of my time with my family before dad had to go back to war and defend America. He has a platoon, “The Punishers” who needed him. Just like I need him. It was a good time, just not long enough. I am Jayden Schram and I am a living miracle.
That’s My God
In April I was in the hospital for 6 days with double pneumonia and the lung specialist had a cat scan done showing both lungs full and shadows in the back he was concerned about, a second cat scan was taken 20 days later. When I went to my appointment with him he was shocked and said it takes many weeks or even months for all pneumonia to be gone and mine was healed in 20 days, he said in 32 years he has never seen this happen. I said that's my God. Also in the hospital I had to have 5 IV's put in ( they couldn't use my right arm because of breast cancer and mastectomy so they were having trouble finding places to put it, at one point they tried to get blood from my left hand and the little tube filled but not the vial that they needed so another person came in to try my right hand the same thing happened so I started praying and as soon as I said in Jesus name the vial filled instantly and the nurse said WOW, it was in their hand, amazed. And when they were trying to find a place for the 5th IV, they called in a sonagram person to find a vain, so I closed my eyes waiting for another stick and all I felt was a light touch on my arm and he said your done, I was amazed but should have known, I had prayed for everything to go smoothly. Thank you heavenly Father
My Left Ear is Healed
Wednesday night the young man preaching called out the Lord is healing ears and my left ear is healed, in Jesus name Amen.
I’m Thankful to God for Where He Has Planted Me
First, I believe I am healed by JESUS’ stripes. Spending time in the Word and prayer, listening repeatedly to Kenneth E Hagin’s messages on his own healing, teaching about faith, etc. I’m glad to be in the school of learning! January 1st of this year, Pastor Trey laid hands on me and prayed—how the Holy Spirit directed him—and it was to the letter! I had been in terrible muscle pain in my back—it hurt just to breathe! Wasn’t sure what it was, but by the following Thursday, all the pain was gone! The Holy Spirit revealed to me it was back muscle spasms. Had that a couple times before, but usually ended within a few minutes. I’m thankful to GOD for where HE has planted me and for the example of all the pastoral staff that you set—living by faith, believing GOD and HIS word, and acting on it!
Second praise report: I just paid in full, my 2018 income tax! I had enough to do that as well as pay off the remaining car loan balance for a car that was totaled in 2021, but I kept feeling the need to wait until I sowed my seed for the Harvest. I kept in prayer about wanting to pay these two debts and for God’s direction if I should pay off the IRX in full for that year and continue payments on the car loan. I had already prayed about sowing and hadn’t heard anything just yet, so I kept feeling that I was to wait and sow first, so I did. Brother Jerry confirmed my thoughts whdd Ed n he said,”GOD cares about what you do first.” That was confirmation, and I’m so blessed that I waited, because when I started payment proceedings online to the IRS for 2018, the amount online was $83.22 less than what was in the letter they sent me. Not sure which was correct, I called in and according to the rep I spoke to (I got her name and ID#), neither online or letter were correct! The amount she gave me was $8,00 less than online and $91.00 less than the letter! But GOD! I committed the amount to HIM that I was told the right thing. Next up: paying off the loan on the totaled vehicle. I’ve been in prayer to the LORD since last year about being debt free by end of last year. Even though it didn’t take place on 12/31/2022 doesn’t mean I don’t have what I asked for. I believe I received when I prayed, it’s done, in JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME! A lot of things came against me last year where finances are concerned, but I experienced the open hand of GOD at least four times, the last being a live gift for my birthday from so many brothers and sisters. I gave a tenth back to GOD with pleasure, and was able to pay off my overdue car insurance, payment on the car that was totaled, a reduced speeding ticket, and was even able to bless two families with a few gifts. BUT GOD! I apologize for the lengthiness of these testimonies, but I am overjoyed! The job I was hired for, they terminated me because of balance issues with my walking, BUT GOD will give me something else. I look forward to the exact moment when I can write in and say that all my debts are paid in full! Thank you.
I Still Thank God for My Healing
Back in 2012 I was having chest pains so I went to the Veterans Administration Medical Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas and saw my doctor. She set up an appointment for me with the Cardiac unit at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Dallas to get checked out. They put EKG electrodes on me and had me get on a treadmill so they could stress my heart. He told me that if I felt that I could not stay on the treadmill any longer or my legs felt like they weighed 2,000 pounds each then he would stop the treadmill. He also told me that I had 90 seconds to lay on my left side on a table so that the sonogram technician could take pictures of my heart. I was doing pretty good on the treadmill and felt fine when the technician told me he had to stop the treadmill because my blood pressure was getting very high. He stopped the treadmill and I got on my left side within 90 seconds. Then the sonogram technician had a probe with some cream on it and started to take pictures of my heart. When he was through taking pictures of my heart he cleaned me off and told me that I could go home. Then about a week later I had another appointment at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Dallas to go over the results of my stress test with the doctor. The doctor told me that I had Silent Ischemia in a major blood vessel of my heart. He offered to put stints in my heart as a solution, but I told him no. I then asked him what else did he have as a solution to my condition and he said open heart surgery. Again I told him no and that was worse than the stints. So I asked him again what else did he have as a solution to my condition. He told me that he could put me on a drug called simvastatin for the rest of my life. He also told me that this drug would not make my condition go away and it would not let my condition get worse. So I told him that I would take the drug for the rest of my life. When I got home I prayed to God asking him to heal all of the blood vessels in my heart. I also asked God to open all of the blood vessels in my heart. I then started to thank God for healing and opening all of the blood vessels in my heart. Since 2012 I have been thanking God for healing and opening all of the blood vessels in my heart. Last year I decided to stop going to the Veterans Administration for all of my medical needs. It has now been about 10 years since I have seen a heart doctor. I now have a civilian heart doctor and when I went to see him he put me on a treadmill to stress my heart. Upon completion of the stress test I asked him if there was any sign of silent ischemia in my heart and he said that I had the heart of a kid. I am now 71 years old and I still thank God for my healing.
